FooBillard games -1 Re: problem =( I haven't tried that driver. I have used 41.91 31.23 and etc. Seems like your OpenGL X packages need to be installed. Always install OpenGL/Mesa for X then install NVidias. NVidia will then place symlinks to the one's it wants. So yeah, the game is great. You are just lacking a file needed by most OpenGL games. 2003-04-10 20:19:06 10187

Neverwinter Nights Client games -1 Re: Beta 1 check SDL install? exactly how would I do that? I tried updating SDL via rpm, when that didn't work, I tried installing from the source tarball. It compiled fine and said it didn't have any troubles installing. But I still get the same issue SDL parachute deployed. It doesn't give me anything else to lead on either. 2003-04-10 21:34:38 10210
Duke Nukem 3d games -1 Duke Nukem 3d Thanks everyone for your numerous posts here...with a combination of them I actually got the game to run! Fantasitc! Sound and all. Question, has anyone gotten it to run in a higher resolution other than the default? 2003-04-10 22:30:24 0
FreeDoom games -1 Excellent! Finally! Yeah! :-) I am tired of all these ports of Doom and Quake, etc that require shareware wads or the full cd. Dang there are level editors out there, and have been for years. This project seems like long overdue common sense! Good on ya!! :-) 2003-04-10 22:48:43 0

FooBillard games -1 Re: problem =( I installed an older version of the game and it works fine - minus sound. The one I had trouble with is the latest SDL version. I am running the newest vVidia driver that installs kernal and gl packages - thay are not seperate anymore. Thank you very much for your reply. 2003-04-11 00:37:27 10212
