915 -1 1999-12-23 19:40:02 Category: Role Playing
Description: Arianne is a role playing game with online and off line game support. There will be two clients, one with 2D isometric like Baldur's Gate and another with 3D like Quake or Might and Magic VI.
A role playing game involves the player into some role which must be played out, much like an actor. The player has more freedom than the actor, for the script is very loose. If the player decides to run from a fight rather than get involved, so be it.
Personally, I want Arianne to be like a utopical world where a society works in harmony for a commons goals, but because it is only a dream, Wars happen along the world, like these you read in Tolkien's books. That's for me Arianne.
We want to get a COMPLETE world where we introduce thousand of players and machine drive players, making then to interact and look for adventures to get money and each time more and more power.
One of the aspect where we are focusing more is the AI subject. We aim to be impossible to find differences between an human player and a computer one. Arianne RPG 0.2.4 new

When a Rom is selected, KSnes9x automatically searches in the snapshot directory for snapshots that match it, and displays them in a drop-down list. Each Rom can now also have specific profiles associated with it. Although it is a 'pre' release, the program is quite stable and shouldn't crash at all. It is only marked 'pre' cause I didn't have time to test it fully and update the documentation. KSnes9x 1.2pre updated
