| 10102 | Eternal Lands | games | -1 | Re: Yikes | Please try it. The game is very nice, and the license issue is simply that the developers want people to read and understand the license. It is not a bad license (althoug it is not an opensource license), and it was written by a geek, not by lawyers, so it is not a bunch of boring uppercase disclaimers. Apparently people do not like to read licenses, and even when they try, they just "read" with page-down. | 2003-04-05 03:11:53 | 10087 |
| 10103 | Eternal Lands | games | -1 | Re: Actually... | Did you ever read the license of some Microsoft Products? Did you ever? You would return it to your local reseller immediately... | 2003-04-05 03:15:39 | 9745 |
| 10104 | Eternal Lands | games | -1 | Great Game | This game could rock one day. Currently i only like the license. It's fun to read and educational ;-) To the developer: Could you add some basic fighting system? Like giving everybody a stick so that they can beat the hell out of each other? Once a player dies, he could respawn somewhere else after 10 sec. and the player that killed him could move up one level and become stronger. Once a player reaches level ten he gets one point on some sort of ladder and restarts at level 1. Thus the game would even be fun in the alpha state... | 2003-04-05 03:29:13 | 0 |
| 10105 | TORCS | games | -1 | Re: No keyboard control???!! | I played the earlier version of TORCS for ~10 sec. Enought to see the game looks good, and enough to see that she game sucks beacuse of lack of keyboard support. I won't download a new version untill keyboard play is incorporated. I know it is up to those kind enough to make the game to decide about keyboard support, but I just want to ask you guys, you've done this much work, is it too much to ask for keyboard support? | 2003-04-05 09:25:28 | 10097 |
