9341 OilWar games 6327 Re: That's entertainment? I liked them too, but I got sick for them because of the non-stop political assult they got into for a while. I couldn't look at Michael without wondering how many slogan tee shirts he had on. For a while you could not see they without seeing the PC political agend for the day. They simply became more about politics than music. 2003-03-08 19:06:25 9331

9343 OilWar games -1 doesn't work on red hat 8 The RPM failed with a libstdc++ version problem and compiling the source produced compile errors. What the heck? 2003-03-08 20:49:47 0
9347 Trackballs games -1 hoho It did eat all my memory.. but I could play it at least 20 secs ;) I guess there is a memory leak ;D because 700MB RAM and 1.4GB swap wasn't enough for it ;D Mar 9 14:04:59 tiger-duron kernel: Out of Memory: Killed process 31986 (trackballs). 9348 Chromium B.S.U. games 6998 WEE 5 Star rating for a 5 Star game!!

The only drawback is difficulty of installing due to missing `make install`, but that is not of concern to the gameplay, so still 5 Stars! 2003-03-09 04:19:42 0
9349 Trackballs games 7180 Re: needing a little bit of help for tra perhaps you misunderstood me : SDL_image.h is present on my system - but trackballs does not find it. !!! I did copy SDL_Image.h to several places ... and trackballs does find it now - but hangs on other fields compiling the source - and I will never switch from gcc-2.96 to 3.1 or 3.2 and will not give up RH-7.3 at least j ust at this time : because all applications compile very well - and I got not the best news for gcc-3.1/3.2 . I gave up to compile trackballs - I just need libstdc++.so.5 for binaries - where do I get it ? -thank you- 2003-03-09 05:07:27 9338
9350 Chromium B.S.U. games -1 How to unleash the red button .. This game can be hard to beat sometimes, so one should know how to unleash the red button..
You may have wondered what the red button on the down-right corner is.. its for self destruction! Hold down your left mouse button, and than press the right mouse button twice. The first time you press it, the button shines in a flash light manner to show you its ready. The second time, your starship will explode and the explosion will wipe out the whole screen from your enemies.
This feature is not dumb, since you loose your ship anyway if one of the bad ones reaches the bottom of the screen.. so you can try and fight your way to the next level, leaving behind some ships when the many attackers where no longer managable. 2003-03-09 05:55:34 0
