8765 Flight Gear Flight Sim games -1 RPM / joystick I really love this 'game'. Great work! I can now throw away my FS2000 CD's :-). I found a very good rpm file of this game somewhere on the net. It prevented me from a lot of troubles that I use to have with files that I have to compile. Why not include such files on the homepage? Another thing is that my joystick works well, but that I want to configure things a bit. I am using a sidewinder and the gear is now on the z-axes. This I want to change to the power-lever. The code that causes the error is code that is not written by the FreeCol team and we have chosen to stop using that code (because we're moving to Java).<BR> We have managed to port the C++ server to Java and the project is now 100% Java. Fortunately our graphics genuis is back from a longer holiday now and many improvements have been made to the cvs version of the game since 0.9.2, like the ball-shaped enemies have been given up in favour of rendered 3d models (expect new screenshots shortly). We've also 'hired' two new content writers for the game to add up more story and characters, but those two must still get their Linux boxes up and running. Unfortunately we're not yet close to release again. But especially the collision thing you mention seems an important item I've tended to ignore so far. I'll put that on my task list immediately.
