To keep Gnome from interfearing, I put Descent2 into full screen mode (F2 -> Screen Resolution -> Fullscreen). However the gameplay is very stupid: attack attack attack. :) The neat part is that you get to play with hundreds of other players. The payment method is innovative: you don't *need* to pay. However you get credits for your nation (100 credits for $1), which let you buy some temporary help. The fact that you can *win* money is very interesting, but it's not anything really serious.
