I've chosen /usr/games/theocracy_base/cd2data It occupies 300mb but you don't need the CD anymore. And of course if tried several colour depths (8,15,16,24,32) but only 16bit worx. The problem is, that the inst.linux installer aborts with a memory fault when editing the mvos.cfg Theocracy only works if you just press enter here for using the default: Which language do you want to use? (E)nglish, (M)agyar, (S)panish, (F)rench, (G)erman or (I)talian ? e/m/s/f/g/i [e] If you enter any letter here, the mvos.cfg-file will have the following line language= There'll be no language specified! If you have any problems right now just delete that mvos.cfg-files in your user-directories. Explosions look a bit cheap and the story is pretty dull, but the biggest problem currently is the lack of joystick and/or mouse support, keyboard simply doesn't feel that well when navigating in a 3d space. Some of the musics are also Turrican2 rip-offs, should probally replaced with something originial. The best thing is that it is finally under the GPL (and has so for a few month with me not nothing it...).
