6910 4 2006-10-13 07:34:23 <p>I removed nearly a thousand spam comments in the last couple of days. As it is likely that the spam will continue, a more permanent solution is needed. One way would be to disable anonymous comments. This is something I would prefer not to do as most of the anonymous comments are good and this is the last feature open for non registered users.<br> Sadly, blocking the spammers by IP is not an option as they vary wildly. Most likely this is the work of a botnet.<br> Any ideas?</p> Comments default
