It aint pretty, no nice music, and some complain about the interface. But balance, strategy, and replayability have it on the list with Master of Magic, Masters of Orion, and Stars! Everytime you think you have figured out the perfect winning strategy/race/god you better try some others because you will find that there is some other balancing strategy/race/god that you missed. The biggest holdup on this game that I can see is that the linux version cant process the host turns without coming up in a GUI.
