He has just released the initial version <a href="http://gtc.seul.org">at the GTC web page</a>, and is now looking for development help. He says: <blockquote> GTC is a game programming library. It currently has simple 3d meshes, collision detection, some networking code and some code for skeletal animations. <p> A demo space shooter is included (demos/flyingducks). <p> This is the first developer's version (0.1). We are looking for contributors.
