Realism based first person shooter with single and multiplayer modes |
<p>'Rain' is fast-paced FPS with a strong emphasis on free and fluid movement.
<p>In singleplayer mode, the player takes over the role of the young woman Rain and follows her through her life.
The story is divided into several missions and animated cutscenes.
<p>The game also features an extensive multiplayer mode, firstly allowing players to accomplish singleplayer missions with the help of others and secondly to compete against other players in numerous team-based modes.
<p>Being developed on the *awesome* XreaL engine, 'Rain' has an excellent base to built upon. |

A M68000 and M68020 arcade emulator |
<p>Raine is an emulator, it emulates some M68000 and M68020 arcade machines and is mainly focused on Taito and Jaleco games hardware. It started as an experiment with the Rainbow Islands romset, dumped by Aracorn/Romlist. Raine can emulate many nice games now, and new games (previously unemulated) are appearing weekly.<br />
Sound is also getting better, mainly thanks to the work of Hiromitsu Shioya.<br />
<br />
Neoraine is an emulator for the Neo Geo CD console that uses the same code base. |

<p>Hewson's classic Ranarama remake.
<p>Totum castle was a white magic school where pupils and teachers lived together. Mervin was a clumsy and naive student who used to search and practice spells while his Master slept.
<p>One night he chose a potion that would make him wise, tall and irresistible to girls, but he made a mistake. Mervin simply turned into a frog. He lamented his error and broke into tears.
<p>Due to the noise his Master came in and discovered the mischief: Mervin! You deserve the worst punishment! Suddenly, a flash pierced his Master from side to side, leaving him lifeless in an instant. Mervin hid thanks to his small size and saw how a Black Warlocks sect and their dark army invaded the castle killing every living being.
<p>They'll pay for this! With my magic knowledge I'll get rid of them in an instant! But he knew it wasn't that easy, so he looked into his Master pockets and found 8 magic stones and a scroll.

...They live not far from your house... Just over the fence from the last cottage on your street there's a dump. Not a romantic place, huh? But that's where they live. Exactly, dear Sirs and Madams...
Anyway, Absolutist has decided to sponsor their own Olympics. Though, when we found out how much that'd be, we got a bit desperate. However, that didn't last long.
