Please stop these sense-less ``intellectual property right'' arguments. Look at what has happened. Three sites closed down, none of these people were profiting from their programs they were giving away their work--which mind you was ``their'' own work. This is the same as copying a BIOS for the PC. All of you remember the Phoenix BIOS story??? In order to get around copyright infringment they put a bunch of engineers in a room with no outside access and they basically re-invented IBM's BIOS from stratch without any outside reference. What these BoulderDash clones have done is essentially the same thing. This is the case with Tetris as well. Anyone want to goto http://www.egames.com and see what I mean. There are clones of Pac Man, Qbert, Tetris, Galaga and Space Ivaders. Again. Authors of your programs resist letters like these.
