Neverball | games | -1 | great game | Hi there. Well done .I really liked the physics, graphics quality (very clean and appealing). This is definitely a must. Does the developer have more games available for download? The other thing I liked about it was that it ran perfectly on my Dual Athlon with GE Force Ti4600. Rock On!!! | 2003-08-06 09:58:00 | 0

Late | games | 7317 | Did I miss something? | I haven't downloaded it (too lazy), but from the description this sounds an awful lot like a Qix relative... did I read between the lines correctly? (Not that it's a bad thing to be related to Qix -- Qix is a neat game, but the description oif this game certainly takes some parsing to reach that conclusion.) | 2003-08-06 11:23:16 | 0
Scorched 3D | games | -1 | The BEST Scorched 3D EVER!!! | Wow guys! I just downloaded the WinShit Version (.msi installer) and it work great! All the old weapons are here!!! And the best of all, the MAP CAN BE DESTROYED!!! Wow guys, you did a GREAT job with this. Water shot are impressive too (the waves...). Continu to work on it guys and soon it'll be perfect! (The GUI need to be retouched and... the missiles look great the first time but..... and maybe an Intelligent Camera should be interesting ... This what I mean by intelligent camera : 1- you choose an oponent, the camera place you to align your shot 2- finished placing your shot horizontaly ? the camera shift to help you aiming for vertical alignement. 3- Then, replace the camera wherever to adjust the power and see the guys explode (perhaps a Missile View sound good...) Just an idea! :) I give this game a 10/10 (for a not finished game!!!) | 2003-08-06 12:24:00 | 0

Late | games | -1 | Re: Did I miss something? | No, this game seems like it's a Jezzball clone, not a Qix clone. However, this game has more bells and whistles than a Jezzball game, leaving me to believe that this game was inspired by Ambrosia Software's Barrack, which was a cool Mac-only game. | 2003-08-06 14:04:04 | 13061
Late | games | -1 | sounds cool, specially... | if it's based on barrack for mac, which i enjoyed quite a bit... too bad the depcomp file in the archive is a symlink to something on the developers machine i probably could find a copy on my machien that probably is the same thing though same with README and INSTALL i think too... -jerome | 2003-08-06 17:18:06 | 0
Gearhead | games | 7784 | excellent game - I hope to see progress | Overall, it looks like this game is well-designed and has had a lot of work put into it. Mecha combat in a roguelike interface is a pretty cool idea, and it's well implemented in GearHead. <br><br> I was disappointed that the link to the SDL version was down or non-functional (perhaps temporarily, or only to the US or something) Also, I sort of wish that the source code was in a language I understand, like Python or C, instead of Pascal. :-) | 2003-08-06 19:32:29 | 0
