| 11666 | LBreakout | games | 8036 | LBreakout2 | While this is he best breakout type game I've played, with some very nice bonuses, for me the game doesn't have an awful lot of replay value. What would make it really good is a REAL multiplayer mode with two bats on the screen at the same time (sort of like PONG with bricks). Each player (one at the top, the other at the bottom) can start with a single ball (maybe with different colours), and the blocks hit by the appropriate coloured balls add to the score of the appropriate player (and bonuses would either move down or up depending on which player hit them). Also, you might be able to collect bonuses that affect the other player (causing their ball to ricochet randomly, or to attract bad bonuses, etc). I think the competitive aspect of the game would improve replayability immensely. | 2003-05-31 19:28:27 | 0 |
| 11667 | XKobo | games | -1 | xkobo101 | This game is too damn addictive. I spend hours and hours trying to defeat these bases and stuff, and in the end, I feel like the intelligent, smart, self-assured confident woman that I was born to be. Thank you for giving me a reason to live. | 2003-05-31 20:31:36 | 0 |

| 11673 | Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory | games | 8039 | Re: Awesome | i agree styx. i have had no problems at all with this final version. it runs well, it looks great, the gameplay is good. the only problem i might have are the people complaining about it being free in the sense that if it was a commercial product, they expect it to have been better. to me that is nonsense. i will take a labour of love by a dedicated group of developers over a work created only when a dev-team is payed enough and without the heart in it. a wonderful release. and a good example of a great game for linux. kind regards. | 2003-06-01 08:58:30 | 11613 |
